After doing our homework we walked into McCarthy Homes and decided they ticked all the boxes for us.

In consultation with their draftsman Rowan, we told him our vision of what we wanted the outside of the house to look like and what we wanted incorporated inside.
Rowan got to work and developed a plan that was perfect for us and made great use of passive solar design. From then on we were guided and informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble.
