As a qualified builder for over 35 years, Steve still maintains the ‘job supervisor’ role for all of McCarthy Homes projects ensuring the quality control our clients expect and a ‘hands on’ involvement with our clients, sub-contractors and suppliers’
Working in the background to ensure McCarthy Homes runs smoothly, Helen looks after general office duties and enjoys the creativity that organising the marketing of McCarthy Homes brings.
Paul McCarthy
Sales and Estimating
Paul is responsible for meeting with new clients, estimating the costs of new homes, preparing sales quotations, specifications, contracts and presenting to clients.
Paul also oversees our sales team as well as preparing purchase orders and liaising with the suppliers and subcontractors.
